The hotel is very noisy. They did NOT clean the floor of my bathroom during all my stay there (4 nights). The second day they did not enter to arrange the room, when I asked why, the answer was that I had pressed the DND (DO NOT DISTURB) button, something that was an excuse because no DND button was pressed. The TV has no foreign channels, everything in turkish. The TV is incorporated in the wall and no chance to put a usb stick to watch anything else. When I entered some supposed fresh fruits was on the table for welcome. The last day they remained there untouched!!!

地理位置不錯，總的來説還是可以的，就是老酒店，隔音一般般，但是入住會送果盤那些的就還挺好的，服務也很可以。

Our stay at Midmar Deluxe Hotel was extremely disappointing. The cleaning service was terrible — they didn’t even bother to wash the cups in our room after the first night, and everything felt neglected. The shower was broken, and we had to wait two full days before someone finally came to repair it. Even worse, the sink was blocked, and when I discovered the problem late at night, no one was available to help, so I had to clean and repair it myself just to use it. This is not the kind of service you expect from a hotel, especially one claiming to be 4 stars. There’s a serious lack of management and attention to guests. 🚫 I strongly advise people not to stay at this hotel. It’s dirty, poorly maintained, and the staff simply don’t care about their guests’ comfort.

My stay at Midmar Deluxe Hotel was a huge disappointment. The hotel advertises itself as 4 stars, but it’s far from that. I booked a room with a “courtyard view,” and when I checked in, I was shocked to see that the so-called view was just a fake window inside the wall — a complete scam. The room felt like a warehouse, not a hotel room. The air conditioner didn’t work, the fridge was broken, and there wasn’t even a box of tissues. The staff never changed our towels until we ask them every night, and during the first night, we had to sleep without blankets because we arrived late and nothing was prepared for us. This place is not deluxe at all — it’s misleading, uncomfortable, and poorly maintained. 🚫 Don’t book this hotel. Save yourself the frustration and choose somewhere honest and clean.
